What you will do: Consulting & Business/Product Thinking * Understand the client’s business goals and underlying problems, not just their requested features. * Help define the MVP, priorities, and scope, and propose effective alternative solutions. * Lead discovery calls and prototype solutions to turn business needs into clear product requirements. Technical & AI Skills * Apply BA and QA knowledge to create clear, testable requirements and communicate effectively with developers. * Understand technical constraints and use this knowledge to support product and delivery decisions. * Use AI to accelerate requirements, analysis, documentation, and repetitive project processes. Conflict Management * Lead difficult conversations and negotiations while maintaining trust and productive relationships. * Balance client expectations, business goals, technical constraints, and team capacity. * Find practical compromises and keep projects moving during pressure, delays, or scope changes.
