Our flagship product is proprietary automated trading software for EUR/USD, designed for entrepreneurs, business owners, and private investors with significant capital. We also work in partnership with an international trading community. We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing & Business Development Manager with proven experience in promoting investment, forex, trading, fintech, or other high-value financial products. The ideal candidate understands how to acquire clients with $100,000+ in available investment capital and has experience working with affiliates, creators, investment communities, events, and other acquisition channels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ────────── • Develop and execute affiliate marketing and business development strategies focused on acquiring high-value clients • Identify, approach, and onboard affiliate partners, Introducing Brokers, referral partners, and strategic business partners • Develop partnerships with Instagram and YouTube creators, Telegram channels, trading and investment communities, podcasts, financial media, and business influencers • Use personal and professional networks to generate new clients, partners, and commercial opportunities • Conduct direct outreach to potential clients, affiliates, creators, and strategic partners • Build and continuously expand a qualified affiliate and referral network • Negotiate Revenue Share, CPA, hybrid models, fixed placements, and other commercial partnership structures • Organize creator and media integrations, including YouTube videos, Instagram campaigns, Telegram placements, podcasts, interviews, webinars, and live streams • Build relationships with investors, entrepreneurs, traders, business owners, and other relevant high-value audiences • Manage the full partnership cycle from initial outreach and negotiation to onboarding, activation, performance tracking, and ongoing relationship management • Directly acquire clients through outbound sales, networking, referrals, affiliate channels, events, and partnerships • Track and analyze CAC, LTV, CPA, Revenue Share, conversion rates, qualified leads, funded clients, and ROI/ROMI • Work with UTM parameters, referral links, affiliate tracking systems, CRM, and other attribution tools • Continuously research new markets, communities, creators, affiliates, and partnership opportunities • Represent the company at relevant business, investment, fintech, forex, trading, and networking events REQUIREMENTS ────────── • 5+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, business development, partnerships, performance marketing, or sales • Expert-level understanding of affiliate marketing, partnership development, and high-value client acquisition • Proven experience promoting investment, forex, trading, fintech, crypto, brokerage, or other financial products • Demonstrable experience working with products targeting clients with $100,000+ in investment capital • Proven track record of acquiring high-value clients through affiliates, partnerships, creators, networking, events, and direct outreach • Established network within the forex, trading, investment, fintech, crypto, or business communities • English B2 or higher COMPENSATION ────────── $3,000–5,500 fixed monthly compensation + Revenue Share / performance-based compensation We work with clients whose brokerage or investment accounts may range from $100,000 to $1,000,000+, creating significant Revenue Share potential.
