Crystalia Glass LLC is a leading supplier of premium glass and aluminum structures for residential and commercial projects across North America. Our clients include SpaceX, Nike, Starbucks, Bank of America, Yves Saint Laurent, and many others. The company was founded in 2017 in New York and is rapidly growing. We have offices in Los Angeles, Florida, and Texas, and our projects are implemented throughout the United States. We are looking for a Business Assistant to CEO — a specialist with a strong understanding of C-level support. Core Responsibilities Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s global schedule, travel logistics (visas/itineraries), and bilingual communications (EN/RU). Strategic Coordination: Prioritize tasks, monitor KPIs, and prepare analytical reports/presentations for decision-making. Operations & Compliance: Handle US business/contractor licensing, insurance (COIs/endorsements), and fleet management. Project & Stakeholder Management: Liaison with partners and direct reports, track project progress and ensure deadline compliance. Research & Advisory: Conduct market research, identify process improvements, and act as a bridge between stakeholders. Ad-hoc Support: Maintain document files and handle high-level personal arrangements/errands with total confidentiality. Requirements Experience: 2+ years as an EA or Business Assistant, US-market experience is a major plus. Education: Degree in Law, International Business, or related fields. Skills: Fluent English (C1) and Russian, proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, and AI tools. Competencies: Independent decision-making, strong grasp of business ops/finance, and elite organizational skills.
