What you’ll do: Deliver premium support to VIP clients via chat and email. Handle requests, bonuses, and account-related issues. Act fast in urgent or complex situations. Retain clients and keep them engaged. Build strong, trust-based relationships with VIPs. Collect feedback and help improve the service. Collaborate with internal teams and keep reports and documentation up to date. What we expect: English B2–C1, both written and spoken. Confident PC user with fast typing skills. Strong attention to detail, multitasking, empathy, and a helpful mindset. Experience with VIP or high-value clients (chat/email support). Nice to have: iGaming experience.
