Who We’re Looking For: We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team and take charge of developing long-term partnerships with both existing and potential clients. This role combines client relationship management with active sales: identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and driving upsells while ensuring client needs are strategically aligned with our services. This is a hands-on role for someone technically confident with AI video tools, a strong creative eye, and a portfolio to prove it. You'll be working directly with our Product Delivery Director to produce and scale video content for our clients. Responsibilities Create short-form video content (Shorts / Reels) and long-form content for YouTube Produce videos using AI-powered tools — generation, voiceover, and post-production Develop concepts and generate daily video content for official and unofficial blogs Contribute to the development of video content as a standalone service: formats, quality, and scalability Process client requests for video content and bring them to life Collaborate across departments: with Project Managers and CRMs to understand client needs; with the Content team for scripts.
