We are seeking a highly motivated Manual QA, Mobile to join our team at IDT Corporation. In this role you will contribute to the DTC Calling team to help ensure the quality of the BOSS Revolution App. Product: Boss Revolution: Calling App. The mobile application, which includes International Calling, Mobile Top-up, and Money Transfer services, supports IDT's mission of enabling people to keep in touch and share resources with family and friends worldwide. Responsibilities: Develop and execute test cases and test scenarios for the Calling App and services using different testing techniques and tools. Ability to evaluate expected functionality against specifications/requirements. Ability to identify system bottlenecks with strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and reasoning skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the integration touch points and execute integration/end-to-end tests. Work closely with developers to get features tested as part of a scrum team. Proactive approach in developing test strategy and plans for features being implemented. Support production releases and perform post-release testing. Required Skills: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in manual testing of mobile or backend applications. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques. Strong knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, Charles Proxy. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to check application logs using monitoring tools and ADB, Android Studio, and XCode. Exposure to CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level or higher). Strong understanding of iOS, Android, and OS related guidelines. Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results. Excellent understanding and expertise in writing and executing SQL queries to perform back-end testing. Hands-on experience in testing REST and/or SOAP APIs. Flexible, organized, self-starting team player who is comfortable working in an Agile development environment. Good level of English – B2 or higher. Nice-to-Have: Automation experience (Java + Selenium/Appium + RestAssured). Experience in the Telecom Domain. Performance testing with K6 or JMeter. We are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer for UI CORE, one of three frontend teams at net2phone. The team owns the web side of our cloud communications product: the main web app, the admin console, the supervisor and receptionist consoles, the call queues wallboard, the dialer, and the shared UI platform packages underneath them. This is a hands-on lead role. You will write code, own technical decisions, and lead a team of three mid-level engineers, one senior engineer and two QA engineers. Stack: React, TypeScript, micro-frontends, AWS (CloudFront, Lambda@Edge, S3), GitHub Actions, Jira, Scrum. What you will own: Technical direction for the team's applications and the shared UI platform. Delivery to production. Our apps ship to ten production pods through CloudFront and Lambda@Edge with a service-worker entrypoint and a versioned CDN. Frontend delivery here is real infrastructure work, not a build step. The team's application template, which every new app in the organisation starts from. Code review standards, technical debt, and the quality bar. The team's scrum process. Representing frontend in architecture discussions with backend, platform and product leads. What we are looking for: Experience leading a small distributed frontend team, including growing engineers. Not only mentoring: owning what the team builds and how. Strong React. We are finishing a large migration from Angular, so you have seen legacy and greenfield in one codebase. You have owned frontend delivery to production, not just components: builds, caching, CDN, releases, and what happens when a release breaks in production. AI-assisted development as daily practice. The team already works this way, with agentic tooling on our own codebases. You should be at least at their level. Comfortable running scrum for your team. English B1 or above. The team works in Russian, product and stakeholders in English. Nice to have: Micro-frontends. AWS at the level a frontend owner needs: CloudFront, Lambda@Edge, S3, CloudWatch. BOSS Revolution moves international calling, mobile top-up, e-gift and money transfer through a network of independent retailers across the US. Bodegas, groceries, kiosks, phone shops. The portal is what the clerk behind the counter uses to run every one of those transactions. We're hiring a product designer to own it. What the job involves: Shape the direction and design language of our retailer portal product. Build a deep understanding and partner with a cross-functional team of PMs, engineers, POs, and operations to execute on our product roadmap. Get constant and quick feedback from stakeholders and iterate quickly. Think holistically across all BOSS Revolution products' touch points and help create a cohesive customer journey grounded in user research and analytics. Grow and maintain our cross-platform, cross-functional design system. Lead workshops with key stakeholders, creating prototypes, and developing high-fidelity specifications for collaboration with tech teams. Who you are: 3+ years of experience in product design. Expertise in designing and prototyping in Figma; You know how to switch between modes, create atomic design components in figma. High bar for quality, with excellent visual, UI and mobile interaction skills. Service design mindset, framing problems in the context of our UX strategy while executing at low levels of detail. You always create clickable prototypes while discussing your UX solutions. Never static designs. Efficiency prototyping at appropriate levels of abstraction and fidelity. Bias towards systems thinking, anticipating the ripple effects that small and large design changes will have across all our products. Comfortable working in an open and collaborative design environment where feedback is sought early and often. Great English communication (minimum B2) and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams; Requirements: Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
