We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join complex software development projects and take ownership of product quality throughout the development lifecycle. This role is prospective and has been created in line with the company’s planned team expansion. The role involves close collaboration with Developers, Business/System Analysts, Product Owners, and other QA Engineers. You will participate in requirements analysis, test planning, functional and integration testing, defect investigation, and release validation. We are looking for a strong and independent QA professional with broad testing expertise, solid API testing skills, and practical experience using AI tools in daily QA activities. Key Responsibilities Analyze business and system requirements and identify testing scope, risks, and dependencies. Design, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios. Perform functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing. Perform API testing and validate integrations between systems and services. Prepare and manage test data. Validate implemented functionality against requirements and acceptance criteria. Investigate defects, analyze logs, and collaborate with developers on issue resolution. Participate in requirements clarification, backlog refinement, and solution discussions. Support UAT and release validation activities. Prepare and maintain QA documentation. Contribute to improving QA processes, test coverage, and overall product quality. Required Skills & Experience Strong professional experience as a QA Engineer at Senior level. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes. Strong hands-on API testing experience is mandatory. Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, requests/responses, status codes, authentication, and error handling. Practical experience with Postman, Swagger / OpenAPI, or similar tools. Experience testing integrations between multiple systems and services. Experience working with databases and using SQL for data validation. Ability to analyze logs and independently investigate defects. Good understanding of client-server architecture and modern software systems. Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. This role is prospective and has been created in line with the company’s planned team expansion. The project focuses on further development of a credit processing and scoring ecosystem. The goal is to move from evaluating customers separately for each individual credit product toward a unified credit scoring and credit-limit approach, allowing several lending products to be offered within a single customer journey. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services using Go. Design and implement functionality within a microservice architecture. Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrations with internal and external systems. Work with credit-processing, scoring, and multi-product lending workflows. Implement reliable data processing and messaging between distributed services. Work with PostgreSQL and optimize SQL queries. Implement caching and performance optimization using Redis. Ensure reliability, fault tolerance, and maintainability of backend services. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design. Support CI/CD and containerized deployment processes. Independently deliver assigned development tasks. Proactively communicate blockers and risks to avoid delivery delays. The ideal candidate combines strong project delivery expertise with client relationship management, presales experience, and the ability to navigate complex business and regulatory environments. Responsibilities: Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large healthcare IT projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, staffing, risks, quality, and governance. Work closely with clients to define project scope, success criteria, priorities, and long-term roadmaps. Coordinate distributed cross-functional teams and remove delivery blockers. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, change requests, and scope adjustments, including data privacy, regulatory compliance, and interoperability.
