We are looking for a high-performing Full-stack Developer to join our team. Tech Stack PHP 8.3, Slim 4, Symfony Components, RoadRunner, Vue 3, TypeScript, Pinia, Vite, MySQL, Redis, ClickHouse, RabbitMQ, Docker, GitLab CI/CD. Key Responsibilities Build product features end-to-end, from idea to production (backend + frontend). Participate in solution design and requirements definition. Work with APIs, databases, queues, and complex business logic. Deliver changes safely, monitor production, and validate releases. Use AI tools throughout the development lifecycle. Key Requirements Commercial experience with PHP development. Experience delivering large product features independently from idea to production. Experience with a modern PHP framework (Slim, Symfony, Laravel, or similar). Experience with Vue, React, or another modern frontend framework. Strong knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, Docker, Git, and Unix/Linux. Ability to work with large existing codebases and perform high-quality code reviews. Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar). English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Nice to Have Experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, and ClickHouse. Experience building high-load systems. Experience with feature flags, gradual rollouts, and Playwright. Experience introducing AI into development workflows. Knowledge of OpenAPI, OAuth, and DevOps/SRE practices. We are currently looking for an experienced System Project Manager / AI-assisted Delivery to join our team. What you’ll do — Analyze business ideas, product initiatives, and requests from internal stakeholders. — Dive deep into user flows, product logic, system constraints, and dependencies across modules. — Turn ambiguous requests into clear and actionable tasks for design, development, and QA teams. — Elaborate requirements: user scenarios, business rules, entity states, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and definition of done. — Create and maintain specifications, user stories, and documentation. — Manage tasks in Jira: maintain high-quality task descriptions, track timelines, blockers, dependencies, and progress. — Support tasks throughout the full lifecycle: discovery → design → development → testing → release → feedback. — Ensure transparency of processes and delivery status for the team and stakeholders. — Use AI tools to analyse requirements, prepare specifications, and accelerate team execution. — Promote a spec-driven development approach: define expected behaviour and specifications first, then move into implementation. What we’re looking for — Experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, System Analyst, Business Analyst, Delivery Manager, or Product Owner with a strong systems-oriented mindset. — Experience working in a product IT environment. — Ability to transform ideas and ambiguous requests into structured requirements and executable tasks. — Hands-on experience with Jira or similar task management tools. — Strong documentation skills (Confluence, Notion, Google Docs, or similar). — Understanding of the full delivery lifecycle — from idea and requirements to release and outcome validation. — Strong decomposition and systems thinking skills. — Basic understanding of web products: frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, user roles, and system constraints. — Ability to work effectively across business and engineering teams. — Ability to quickly absorb complex product contexts. AI skills (an important part of the role) We treat AI as a practical working tool. We expect active usage of AI for: — analyzing requirements and identifying weak spots; — validating user scenarios and uncovering edge cases; — preparing draft specifications and acceptance criteria; — analyzing existing documentation and product logic; — accelerating onboarding into complex modules; — generating questions for stakeholders and delivery teams; — identifying risks before development starts. We are currently looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our team. What You’ll Do Test Web, API, and mobile applications (iOS/Android). Participate in task planning and refinement. Analyse requirements, mockups, user scenarios, and product logic. Create and maintain test documentation in Allure. Generate draft test cases, checklists, and validations using AI. Critically review AI-generated test cases: verify completeness, accuracy, logic, and applicability to the real product. Use AI to explore the product, analyze complex scenarios, and identify gaps in requirements. Work with AI skills, prompts, and internal guidelines: make adjustments and improve the quality of generated test cases and tests. Work with Postman, GitLab, Jira, and other team tools. Apply test design techniques to optimise test coverage. Reproduce, document, and analyse bugs. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, analysts, and other QA engineers. Contribute to the development of automated tests and testing infrastructure. What We Expect Understand test design techniques and know how to apply them in real-life testing scenarios. Have a solid understanding of software testing and development processes. Have hands-on experience testing web and mobile applications. Feel confident working across different operating systems, browsers, and devices Know how to create and work with testing artefacts such as test cases, checklists, bug reports, and test plans. Can dive into product logic and user flows instead of testing strictly against written requirements. Have basic SQL skills (writing and understanding simple queries such as SELECT, UPDATE, etc.). You are comfortable incorporating AI tools into your daily workflow and see them as a productivity multiplier. You are interested in growing your expertise in test automation. Have worked with — or are excited to learn — end-to-end testing tools like Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks. Have basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript or Python and are open to using them for automated testing. Understand CI/CD fundamentals and have some exposure to integrating automated tests into pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI). Nice to Have Experience writing automated tests using Playwright, Cypress, or similar testing frameworks. Hands-on experience working with Postman, Swagger, and REST APIs. Experience designing and executing API tests — both manual and/or automated. Practical experience using AI tools in QA workflows, including: * generating test cases and checklists; * analysing requirements; * preparing test data; * generating initial drafts of automated tests; * identifying gaps in test coverage. A mindset of using AI not just for speed but to improve test quality and explore edge cases more effectively.
