We are looking for a Customer Integration & Support Manager to own the day-to-day experience of our clients during integration and after they go live. This is a hands-on, client-facing role sitting between our customers, business team, and developers. Your main responsibility will be to make sure clients can integrate our product smoothly, get clear and fast answers to their questions, and have any technical or operational issues resolved efficiently. What you’ll be responsible for Customer integrations Guide new clients through the integration process from kickoff to production launch. Answer implementation questions and help troubleshoot integration issues. Coordinate with our developers when deeper technical investigation is required. Track each integration and proactively follow up to make sure projects continue moving forward. Test and verify integrations together with clients before launch. Ongoing customer support Act as one of the main points of contact for existing clients. Respond to customer questions through Slack, email, and other support channels. Investigate transaction, API, account, and operational issues. Make sure clients receive clear updates while issues are being investigated. Escalate bugs or complex cases internally and follow them through until resolution. Internal coordination Work closely with our commercial, operations, compliance, and development teams. Translate customer questions and problems into clear tasks for the relevant internal team. Keep accurate records of open integrations, issues, and client requests. Surface recurring product feedback and suggest improvements to the customer experience. What we’re looking for Communicates clearly and confidently with customers. Is highly organized and good at keeping track of multiple clients and open issues at the same time. Takes ownership rather than simply forwarding questions to another team. Can investigate a problem, collect the necessary information, and determine the right next step. Is proactive about following up with both customers and internal teams. Has strong English. Is comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where processes are continuously improving. What success looks like A successful person in this role makes clients feel that someone is genuinely responsible for their integration and their problems. Integrations move forward without unnecessary delays, customer questions receive fast and useful answers, technical issues are properly investigated and followed through, and our development team receives clear and structured information when their involvement is needed. Over time, we expect this person to become someone who understands both our product and our customers extremely well and can independently manage the majority of day-to-day client integration and support work.
