Responsibilities Build and maintain high-quality, responsive, and user-centric frontend applications Create high-quality code using CI/CD and TDD practices Work with stakeholders, end users and systems analysts to define business requirements and maximize the value of delivered changes Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive UI design system Write clear and thorough technical documentation, including design documents and user guides Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve the quality and performance of software Requirements You have 3+ years of commercial experience as a Frontend Software Engineer working with React and TypeScript. You have Intermediate (or higher) proficiency in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly You have a keen eye for design and basic UI/UX design skills You are passionate about maintaining a knowledge base and producing high-quality technical documentation You have experience with AI tools and LLMs (commercial or personal) and interest in using them in development Optional Requirements Experience in developing and maintaining UI design systems Familiarity with other programming languages and frameworks Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS

We’re shipping a practical AI agent that automates key recruiting workflows - planning tasks and executing permitted actions via APIs, so teams spend less time on manual data entry and status-chasing, and more time with candidates. After that, we plan to expand the process for the other company's parts. Responsibilities Design architecture of AI agent and it's interaction with other software components. Design and ship AI features end-to-end: prompt logic, tool/function schemas, input/output validation, and integration with APIs/services. Build reliable evaluation pipelines (golden sets, automatic metrics, human review loops) and run experiments to improve quality, cost, and latency. Add observability: telemetry for prompts/versions, error taxonomies, and drift detection. Collaborate with backend teams to define clear data contracts and stable interfaces. Write concise design docs. Requirements 3+ years in software engineering Backend engineering experience with any stack (Python, Java, Node.js, .Net) English level B1+ Experience shipping LLM-powered systems at scale, including system design and setting engineering standards Optional Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) Experience with CI/CD pipelines
