About the Position Webellian is looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to build the mobile frontend of a new social application connecting people through shared activities and events. You will take ownership of the Flutter application from development through release on the Apple App Store and Google Play, working closely with a Senior Java Backend Developer and an international project team. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain the Flutter application for iOS, Android and Web Turn approved designs and specifications into responsive, production-ready components. Implement the main user journeys, including onboarding, profiles, event discovery, matching, and communication. Integrate backend APIs, authentication, notifications, and approved third-party services. Maintain a secure, scalable, and testable mobile architecture. Write automated tests, resolve defects, and optimize application performance. Maintain build and CI/CD workflows and prepare releases for the Apple App Store and Google Play. Support store submission, release stabilization, and technical documentation. Required Experience & Skills At least five years of professional mobile-development experience, including at least three years with Flutter and Dart. Experience delivering production applications for both iOS, Android and Web Experience releasing applications through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Strong knowledge of Flutter architecture and state management using BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, or a comparable approach. Experience with REST APIs, authentication, secure token storage, push notifications, and real-time features. Knowledge of automated testing, Git workflows, code reviews, and mobile CI/CD. Ability to diagnose crashes and mobile performance issues. Professional working proficiency in both English and Russian. Good communication skills. About the Position Webellian is looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer to build the backend of a new social discovery application connecting people through shared activities and events. You will take ownership of the backend services, APIs, data flows, security, and production readiness, working closely with a Senior Flutter Developer and an international project team. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain the Java backend services and APIs supporting the mobile application. Implement the business logic for user onboarding, profiles, events, matching, communication, and notifications. Define clear and well-documented API contracts for the Flutter application. Design reliable data models, persistence layers, and database migrations. Implement secure authentication, authorization, validation, and protection of personal data. Design the backend to support at least 10,000 concurrent users and horizontal scaling. Write unit, integration, API, load, and performance tests. Implement logging, monitoring, health checks, and error tracking. Support containerization, CI/CD, cloud deployment, release stabilization, and documentation. Required Experience & Skills At least five years of professional backend-development experience with Java. Strong experience with modern Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Data. Experience designing and documenting production REST APIs using OpenAPI or Swagger. Strong knowledge of SQL, relational data modelling, JPA, and Hibernate. Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, or JWT. Experience designing scalable and resilient services using caching, asynchronous processing, or message queues. Knowledge of automated testing using JUnit, Mockito, Spring Boot Test, or comparable tools. Experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD, cloud environments, and production monitoring.
