• Experience in the same field for 3+ years.
• Experience in B2B projects is a must.
• We expect you to be structured and able to stay focused and navigate the team in the fast pace of business.
• Communication is essential to us. You know how to find common ground with software developers, marketers, sales, and clients.
• Autonomy and independence. We expect you to be able to close all the significant product initiatives, handle challenges on your own, and be accountable for your decisions.
• Proactive and ambitious. We expect you to proactively come up with exponential business growth ideas and think beyond a basic financial plan.
• You need to be good at counting. You can justify any decision with numbers and rely on data when making decisions.
• We expect you to speak English sufficiently to conduct interviews with foreign clients.
• It will be perfect for us if you live in Georgia.

Will be an advantage:

• T-shape experience (expertise in marketing and sales).
• You have previously worked in the advertising/marketing industry.
