Ideal candidate:
- Head of marketing in a small IT service company who got all or most of leads from the outbound channels (not from a website or listings).
- Head of telemarketing who managed at least 2 subordinates for at least 1 year.
- Marketing manager who managed at least 1 subordinate for at least 2 years, was responsible for lead gen and got all or most of leads from the outbound channels.
- Email marketing expert with at least 2 years in email marketing who was responsible for managing their own daily activities.
Requirements
- Experience in managing outbound marketing activities and marketing employees in an IT service company.
- Marketing thinking (focus of customer needs, understanding of decision making, orientation on opportunities).
- Managerial capabilities: personal ability and skills to plan, set tasks, assess results and give feedback to subordinates, be responsible for results.
- Ability to bring fresh ideas and then successfully implement them.
- Good logic, critical thinking.
- Advanced written English with ability to comprehend both meaning and connotations.
