Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and communication plans to promote our outsourced fintech, blockchain, and PropTech services.
- Set up geo-targeted inbound lead generation funnels specifically for fintech, blockchain, and regtech services in the USA and Canada.
- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with banks and other financial institutions to expand our client base and enhance our market presence.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the IT outsourcing industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and executive leadership, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including website content, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations, to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using relevant metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing and promoting IT outsourcing companies in the USA and European markets.
- Strong knowledge of the fintech, blockchain, and PropTech industries, with a solid understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and communication plans.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
