Learning & Development Specialist / Специалист по обучению и развитию

Orlanda Engineering is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to develop and coordinate employee training and onboarding programs, with a strong focus on engineering and technical teams.

The role reports directly to the HR Director and works closely with Team Leads, technical experts, and the Knowledge Base Admin.

• Organize and coordinate onboarding for engineering, technical, and other employees.

• Develop role-specific onboarding and training programs.

• Create training materials, instructions, SOPs, checklists, presentations, and practical guides.

• Work with Team Leads and technical experts to identify training needs and knowledge gaps.

• Turn complex technical information into clear and structured learning content.

• Conduct and coordinate online training sessions and onboarding meetings.

• Track onboarding and training progress and collect feedback.

• Coordinate internal trainers and subject-matter experts.

• Work together with the Knowledge Base Admin to structure, update, and maintain training and onboarding content.

• Support the development of a consistent company-wide learning and onboarding system

Requirements

• Experience in L&D, corporate training, technical training, onboarding, or employee development.

• Experience developing training materials and onboarding programs.

• Ability to understand technical processes and explain them in a clear and practical way.

• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, production, construction, or another technical environment is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Fluent English is required.

Will be an advantage

• Experience training or onboarding engineers, designers, or production specialists.

• Experience with LMS, knowledge bases, or internal learning platforms.

• Background in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or technical documentation.
• ​​​​​​​Experience with AutoCAD or understanding of CAD-based workflows.
