Legal Analyst (Commercial & Operational)

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Legal Counsel to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a lawyer with strong experience in commercial contracts and operational legal support who is looking to broaden their expertise into regulatory, product, corporate, and strategic legal work over time. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the business and play an important role in supporting the company’s day-to-day legal operations in a fast-paced international environment. Core Responsibilities Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including partner agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and service agreements Providing day-to-day operational legal support across the business and advising internal stakeholders on legal matters as they arise Supporting counterparty onboarding and due diligence processes Assisting with corporate governance and entity management matters Collaborating closely with Finance, HR, IT, Product, and other internal teams Over time, expanding into broader regulatory, product, corporate, and strategic legal work as the legal function evolves What We’re Looking For 2–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) Strong experience with commercial contracts and negotiations Practical, business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial needs Fluent English Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate in a dynamic environment Interest in growing into broader areas of legal practice over time Nice to have Qualification in an EU jurisdiction What we offer Stability, growth, participation in shaping the future unicorn.
