Project manager / Business analyst

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager with strong background in business analysis to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders from the USA/CA/UK/EU markets to develop cost-effective and impactful software solutions, ensuring alignment with their objectives and strategic goals. Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong communication and collaboration Elicit, analyse, and refine business and technical requirements for project success Develop comprehensive project plans, release roadmaps, and prioritise tasks based on business goals and needs Resolve customer queries and product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Manage team workload and coordinate internal resources for optimal project delivery Plan, monitor, and adjust project activities as needed for successful execution Lead and guide team activities within an agile framework Oversee project delivery, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality are met Drive process optimisation initiatives using AI tools on a daily basis to improve team productivity, automate routine operations, and enhance documentation quality Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a relevant position in outsourcing projects Demonstrated ability to perform market and competitor analysis, requirement analysis, road-mapping, and feature prioritisation Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze business needs and propose effective solutions A deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches Proficiency in using project management tools like Jira Confluence Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI-driven assistants to facilitate and improve project management activities, such as task automation, documentation enhancement, and decision support Working with us is about: A motivated and highly professional team to work with A modern business center located in Minsk, just a five-minute walk from the subway, or work remotely Working schedule from 11:00 to 20:00 Minsk time Program of bonuses and discounts Fresh fruits available in the office for a healthy work environment Corporate events to foster a team spirit Join us! *вакансия открыта на перспективу.
