UX/UI Product Designer

Keepgo is a global mobile internet provider offering innovative products and solutions based on virtual technologies, primarily eSIM. We are currently recruiting for a full-time, remote UX/UI Product Designer to design impactful UX/UI solutions, participate in product development by creating clear specifications and supporting visual and technical tasks across the team. Responsibilities (in order of priorities): Design web and mobile interfaces in Figma Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes Prepare clear, developer-ready specifications and design documentation Conduct UX and competitor research to support product decisions Maintain and evolve the design system and component library Create presentations, guides, and visual materials Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams Required Skills Qualifications: Experience as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer in a software company Proficiency in Figma Experience working with design systems and maintaining consistency across products Strong UX skills, including creation of intuitive user flows and customer journey maps (CJM) Experience designing mobile applications with understanding of iOS and Android guidelines, mobile interaction patterns, and key differences between mobile and web behavior Strong product thinking with ability to translate business and user needs into clear UX solutions and interfaces Ability to effectively use AI tools for research, UX writing, ideation, content generation, and workflow acceleration; understanding how to apply AI in real design workflows Experience conducting or participating in UX research (user interviews, feedback analysis, competitor analysis) Experience working with product and engineering teams in Agile environments Basic understanding of HTML/CSS Strong English (written and verbal) for specs and cross-team communication What We Offer: Fully remote, long-term role Paid vacation Opportunity to work with international B2B tech products Impact-driven work with measurable results Collaborative and flexible work environment Please note: the hiring process consists of a minimum of 2 video interviews and a mandatory reference check from previous jobs and possibly a background check after starting work.
