The company specializes in evidence collection, dark web tracking, data recovery, and delivering court-admissible reports for cases such as fraud, data breaches, harassment, and sextortion. The team operates 24/7, and due to continuous business growth, the sales department is expanding. At the moment, the team is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager/ Customer Success Manager to strengthen the commercial function and support further revenue growth. Key responsibilities: Handling inbound leads and responding promptly to clients who have been affected by online scams or cyber fraud; Understanding each client's situation, providing emotional support, and identifying their needs; Consulting clients on the company's services and recommending the most suitable solution package; Guiding clients through the decision-making process and closing deals (typically within one call); Managing client information and deal flow in CRM; Transferring closed clients to the analytics department for further processing; Maintaining a professional and empathetic communication style throughout the process. What will help you succeed in this role: Experience in B2C sales, customer support, customer success, or another client-facing role in the US market ; Fluent English (B2–C2) for everyday communication during calls; Genuine empathy and the ability to communicate calmly with people in stressful situations; Strong communication skills and confidence in recommending the right solution based on a client's needs; Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment; Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office).
