Administrative Assistant (English / Russian / Uzbek)

We are currently hiring multilingual professionals to join an international U.S.-based healthcare support operation serving the New York market. Our team supports home healthcare administrative processes and works directly with patients, caregivers, and internal staff. We are looking for responsible and professional individuals who can communicate confidently and provide excellent support in a fast-paced environment. This role is fully remote and allows successful candidates to work from the comfort of their home. Language Requirements: The role requires daily communication with patients and employees from diverse backgrounds, including many individuals from post-Soviet countries. Required language proficiency: English: C1 or above Uzbek: C1 or above Russian: C1 or above Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Work Environment Requirements: As you will become the voice of the organization when interacting with patients and employees, successful candidates must have: Reliable high-speed internet connection Quiet work environment Dedicated workspace free from distractions and background noise Professional communication skills Ability to work independently from home Background noise or frequent interruptions are not acceptable due to service quality standards. Training Onboarding: No prior healthcare or homecare experience is required. This is not overly technical work and successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and onboarding. Training is fully paid — compensation starts from your first day and begins as soon as you clock in. Compensation: Fixed rate: $6 USD per hour Stable hourly compensation No sales involved No commission-based structure Work Schedule: Our operations support U.S. Eastern Standard Time and require coverage during business and evening hours. Coverage window (EST): 07:00 AM – 10:00 PM (New York time) Equivalent local time in Tashkent: 16:00 – 07:00 Current schedules include rotating shifts: Shift A: 16:00 – 00:00 Shift B: 23:00 – 07:00 There is a one-hour overlap between shifts for proper transition and communication. Important Scheduling Information: Schedule rotation is required Employees cannot permanently choose only one shift Team members rotate fairly between earlier and later schedules Days off rotate as well Weekend days off cannot be guaranteed Two days off per week are guaranteed Typical commitment: 40 hours weekly Certain coverage schedules may average: 32 hours weekly Applicants should apply only if comfortable working rotating schedules and U.S.-aligned hours.
