Finance Manager / Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of cross-functional finance projects — from idea to implementation.
• Support the Deputy CFO in strategic, operational, and ad-hoc initiatives across all business units.
• Perform financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business case preparation for new products, markets, and investments.
• Analyze business performance, identify key drivers, and provide practical recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring where required.
• Participate in M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, treasury, funding, and regulatory projects.
• Drive the implementation of new financial processes, internal controls, and automation initiatives.
• Perform deep analytical reviews, investigate unusual trends, and independently identify root causes of business issues.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc assignments requiring rapid learning and execution.

Requirements Mandatory

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Transaction Services, Consulting, Big4, or FinTech.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to quickly understand unfamiliar business areas.
• Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and deliver practical solutions.
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and business analytics.
• Good understanding of IFRS and management reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior management.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Practical experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) in day-to-day work.
• Experience working with AI in agentic mode
• Fluent English.

Preferred

• ACCA / CFA / CPA / CMA / DipIFR certification.
• Experience in consumer finance, lending, or fintech.
• Experience in project management and process improvement.
• Experience working in international groups with multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience implementing AI solutions to drive efficiency in finance functions.
