A team of digital banking pioneers and investors is starting at new markets. Already proven at scale, the successful business model has transformed how millions of people pay, transfer and access credit. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full licensed fintech build‑out program, ensuring alignment with regulatory, technical, operational, and business objectives. Support the licensing process with UAE regulators, coordinating documentation, submissions and timelines with the Compliance and Legal teams. Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan covering technology, product, compliance, operations, risk, marketing, and vendor onboarding. Coordinate cross‑functional teams (legal, compliance, tech, product, finance, operations) and manage external partners, consultants, and vendors. Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery. Prepare and present regular status updates to senior leadership and steering committees. Drive structured execution, governance, and documentation across all project phases. Qualifications: Proven experience managing financial services or digital banking projects. In-principle understanding of regulatory frameworks, licensing processes, and digital banking operating and technical models. Exceptional project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment. Knowledge and real experience of working with standard PM frameworks such as Scrum, Agile, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma. PMP or similar certification is a plus. English fluency is a must.
