What you'll do:

• Plan and re-plan feature development for Tacticool, our mid-core mobile hit
• Monitor and control development quality across every production stage
• Organize team workflows and manage people to keep everyone moving in sync
• Own and continuously improve our development processes

What you need to succeed:

• 2+ years of experience as a project manager in mobile game development
• Strong communication skills — you know how to listen, negotiate, and find common ground
• Hands-on experience with Jira/Tempo
