Что такое стажировка?

Андрей открыл сайт поиска работы и нашёл вакансию менеджера по продажам в онлайн-школе, откликнулся, ему перезвонили и предложили пройти стажировку. Что даст стажировка Андрею?

Он пройдёт обучение, где куратор расскажет, как разговаривать с клиентом, чтобы продать курс. Андрей будет учиться у коллег и посмотрит, как они работают с возражениями, а затем сам выйдет на линию и под руководством супервайзера будет продавать продукты компании. Стажировка — это «демо-версия» или тестовый период работы в компании, когда человек учится у наставника, знакомится со своими обязанностями и целями, которые ему предстоит достичь.

Не путайте стажировку с испытательным сроком. На испытательном сроке сотрудника уже берут в штат, и он становится ответственным за конкретные задачи, он получает зарплату, и от него работодатель ждёт выполнения поставленных целей.

Испытательный срок оплачивается,
а стажировка, как правило, нет, либо оплачивается минимально.

Не забывайте, что оплата на стажировке другая — это опыт и знания, которые получает стажёр. На некоторых стажировках с первого дня предлагают трудовой договор — получается, искали медь, а нашли золото.

За свою двухнедельную стажировку Андрей получил бонус к первой зарплате. Так работодатели могут удерживать молодых специалистов, чтобы  быть уверенными, что они отработают время, которое компания потратила на их обучение. После стажировки у Андрея начался испытательный срок.

1. Определите для себя цель, которая соответствует вашим потребностям. Помните, что стажировка — это прежде всего получение опыта и знаний, деньги здесь на втором месте.

Если же вам нужны деньги здесь и сейчас, выберите другой способ карьерного роста: например, поищите проекты, на которых вы сможете и заработать, и пополнить своё портфолио.

2. Используйте разные каналы поиска. Не ограничивайтесь одним сайтом для поиска работы. Задействуйте свои личные связи, телеграм-каналы, поищите информацию о стажерских программах на сайтах крупных компаний.

3. Составьте классное резюме. Даже если вам кажется, что нечего писать, постарайтесь вспомнить и описать проекты, которые вы уже реализовали. Может быть, вы победили в студенческой профильной олимпиаде или окончили школу с золотой медалью?

Канал №1. На сайтах компаний

Если у вас уже есть компания мечты, вот как нужно действовать, чтобы попасть в неё на стажировку:

  1. Зайдите на сайт компании и найдите информацию о стажёрских программах.
  2. Если такой информации нет, найдите телефонный номер рекрутера и узнайте у него о наличии стажёрских программ.
  3. Если телефона нет, отправьте рекрутеру email со своим резюме и сопроводительным письмом о том, почему вы хотите стажироваться в этой компании.
