Собеседование — это встреча, требующая подготовки обеих сторон. Никто не может знать наверняка, как она пройдёт и чем закончится — ни вы, ни собеседующий. Это одновременно и сложность, и преимущество
«Собеседование — это живая беседа. Вы не разговариваете с роботом, пытаясь убедить его, что вы идеальный. На той стороне тоже человек, и он видит фальшь»
Нельзя предугадать и спланировать всё. Но есть частые и универсальные вопросы, к которым реально подготовиться. Разбираем 3 популярных вопроса.
Вопрос № 1. Расскажите о себе
Рекрутёр может сходу попросить вас рассказать о себе и на этом построить разговор, либо «просканирует» вас по местам работы. Вы будете готовы к любому варианту, если подготовите рассказ о себе.
Сложность самопрезентации — в ёмкости. Не важно, молодой вы специалист или с 20-летним стажем работы — старайтесь уместить рассказ о себе в 1,5 минуты. Это сложно, но если вы подготовите рассказ на 4 минуты и сократите его до 2 — это уже успех.
Чтобы подготовить хороший рассказ о себе, опирайтесь на эти пункты:
- Базовые навыки
Кратко расскажите о вашем образовании и дополнительных курсах. Объясните, почему выбор пал именно на такую специальность.
- Места работы
По порядку расскажите о самых значимых местах работы. Объясните, как выбрали первое место работы и как дальше развивалась ваша карьера.
Сделайте акцент на последнем месте работы или наиболее смежном с той должностью, которую хотите получить сейчас. В рассказе о работе не забудьте упомянуть:
- Должность — какую задачу вас пригласили выполнять
- Обязанности — что вы делали для выполнения задачи
- Результаты — идеально, если в цифрах
«Говоря о результатах, будьте конкретны. Не просто “Я неплохо справился со своей задачей”, а как вы с ней справились. Любой результат можно оцифровать»
Вопрос № 2. Почему вы здесь?
Объясните работодателю, как вы хотите развиваться и как компания поможет вам осуществить вашу цель.
Вопрос № 3. Сколько вы хотите зарабатывать?
Всегда будьте готовы к вопросу о зарплате. Чтобы не попасть впросак, нужно понимать, сколько компания готова вам предложить и сколько вы стоите на рынке как специалист.
Чтобы узнать, сколько вы стоите на рынке, откройте любой работный сайт. Найдите 5 специалистов с вашим опытом работы и посмотрите, сколько они хотят зарабатывать. Найдите 5 компаний с вакансиями по вашей должности и проверьте, сколько они готовы платить. Среднее — ваша стоимость на рынке.
Иногда вы можете не знать сразу, сколько компания готова вам платить. Суммы могут не озвучиваться с самого начала, либо компания отталкивается от ваших пожеланий. В таком случае важно не продешевить, но и не назвать заоблачную сумму.
Назовите свою текущую зарплату с учётом всех премий и не бойтесь просить больше.
Нестандартные вопросы и задачи
Чтобы увидеть искреннее отношение и реакцию, работодатель может прибегать к нестандартным вопросам и задачам. Нестандартные вопросы могут проверять вас на ложь.
А как вы себя поведёте, если вам предложат прямо сейчас приступить к стажировке? Или позвонить вашему прошлому работодателю и попросить рекомендации? А тестовое задание решите? — Да, решите. И всё остальное тоже сделаете. И если что-то пойдёт не по плану, вы с этим справитесь.
«Нужно быть готовым к тому, что на собеседовании может произойти что-то странное. В любой непонятной ситуации от вас ждут эмпатии и адаптивности»
Вопросы на собеседовании полезны не только для работодателя, но и соискателя. Так вы можете понять, что компания ставит превыше всего или от чего страдает.
Например, если вам задают вопросы о командной работе, просят пройти психологический тест на выявление вашей роли в группе, вы понимаете — здесь ценится слаженность коллектива. Вопрос «Готовы ли вы перерабатывать?» может указывать на то, что засиживаться в нерабочее время придётся часто.
Обращайте внимание и ловите настроение специалиста, проводящего собеседование. Если он опрашивает вас совершенно серьёзно и придаёт огромное значение каждому вопросу — отвечайте также. Если специалист расслаблен и задаёт вопрос с ноткой иронии — подстройтесь под него.
Если вы понимаете, что компания выводит вас на эмоции, задаёт неуместные и провокационные вопросы, кричит — это не то, к чему нужно быть готовым. Вас не должны ставить в такое положение. Столкнувшись с такой компанией, подумайте, насколько вам это нужно.
Вопросы работодателю: что нужно узнать до заключения договора
Важная часть собеседования — вопросы соискателя работодателю. Это нужно не только для поддержания диалога, но и для принятия решения вами. Разочарование в процессе работы, токсичный коллектив, лишний стресс — это то, чего вы можете избежать, если вовремя зададите вопрос.
Чтобы понять, какие вопросы задавать, разберитесь, что вас может не устраивать в работе. Для этого рекомендуем перед поиском работы выписать «красные флажки». Сделать это можно по группам, например:
Задайте работодателю вопросы по самым волнующим и спорным моментам. Мы подготовили 13 идей таких вопросов.
- Как часто ваши сотрудники перерабатывают?
Для кого-то переработки — это нормально. Вы можете не захотеть каждый день оставаться после работы ещё на два часа, и это ваше право.
- Какая команда у моего отдела?
Быть частью команды для вас легче и спокойнее или, наоборот, вам неудобно делить обязанности с кем-то? Обсудите это сразу, чтобы потом не страдать от лишней ответственности или ссор с коллегами.
- Нужно ли работать на выходных?
Например, в вашей потенциальной компании необходимо раз в месяц выходить на работу в выходной день. Вы можете не предавать свои принципы и сразу отказаться от оффера. А можете согласиться, ведь работодатель вам объяснил, что это происходит раз в месяц и оплачивается вдвойне.
Как себя вести на собеседовании: 7 советов, как понравиться работодателю
Подготовительный этап собеседования прошли, близится встреча с представителем компании. Вы идеально подготовились: заранее познакомились с компанией, пробежались по резюме, с секундомером потренировали рассказ о себе и ответы на вопросы — всё хорошо, вы готовы.

1. Не опаздывайте
Приложите все усилия, чтобы прийти вовремя, а ещё лучше — немного заранее. Так вы хорошо зарекомендуете себя перед работодателем и дадите себе лишнюю минутку на то, чтобы собраться с мыслями и успокоиться.
2. Не врите
Ни в резюме, ни на собеседовании. Скорее всего, ваша ложь вскроется при общении, и это точно не сыграет вам на руку.
3. Будьте искренними
Если вы волнуетесь, скажите об этом. Не работали с какой-то технологией, но готовы научиться — так и ответьте. Быть честным и искренним — не значит раскрывать свои слабости. Ваша открытость может расположить собеседника к себе.
4. Избегайте социально-желательных ответов
Когда рекрутёру нравится ваш ответ на вопрос — это круто. Но не стоит делать это намеренно.
Например, на вопрос «Кем вы видите себя через 5 лет?» не льстите, что «видите себя руководителем отдела, ведущим компанию вперёд». Вы никак не могли проникнуться компанией, не проработав в ней ни дня. Рекрутёр вам не поверит и задаст дополнительные вопросы.
5. Будьте вежливыми и не перебивайте собеседника
Если вы не договорились общаться на «ты», не начинайте это делать. То, как вы общаетесь, во многом показывает, какой вы человек. Создайте о себе лучшее впечатление.
6. Задавайте вопросы
Если на собеседовании у вас не возникло вопросов, работодатель может подумать, что вам не интересна компания, либо вы не понимаете, что спрашивать.
Заранее подготовьте вопросы и даже если какая-то часть закроется сама собой — их всё равно нужно задавать. Какие вопросы задать работодателю, расскажем дальше.
7. Заключайте договорённости
В конце обязательно спросите, когда вам ждать ответ и что будет дальше. Так вы поможете самому себе и покажете работодателю, что понимаете, как проходит собеседование и желаете получить обратную связь.
Как спросить о результатах собеседования и не ждать, когда перезвонят
Не получить ответ сразу в конце собеседования — нормально. Работодателю, как и вам, необходимо время «на подумать». О каком времени идёт речь, вас должны предупредить.
Не торопитесь уходить, если собеседование заканчивается фразой «При положительном решении мы вам перезвоним». Уточняйте, когда будет принято решение и как вы о нём узнаете.
«“Мы вам перезвоним” — нормальная фраза. Но от вас должен следовать вопрос “В какие сроки?”»
Задавайте вопрос о результатах как в конце собеседования, так и по окончании времени на обдумывание. Вы не покажетесь навязчивыми, если спросите: «Подскажите, готов ли ответ по собеседованию?»
Если компания оценит вас как нужного специалиста, вам позвонят в срок. Задержка может происходить, если в компании не налажен процесс найма или не могут определиться с решением. В обоих случаях подумайте, приемлемо ли это для вас и есть ли смысл ждать.
Понять, насколько удачно прошло собеседование, можно на уровне эмпатии. Если не доверяете ей, читайте 4 критерия успешного собеседования:
Критерий 1. Время собеседования
Если ваша беседа не закончилась раньше положенного времени, не была прервана или даже затянулась — это определённо хороший знак.
Критерий 2. Диалог без неловкого молчания
Вы рассуждали, задавали свои вопросы и поддерживали диалог. Не было вопросов, которые поставили вас в тупик.
Критерий 3. Заключение договоренностей
Вы получили точное описание того, что произойдёт после собеседования и в какие сроки ждать ответа.
Критерий 4. Предложение с оффером
Вам напрямую сказали о том, что вы отлично справились с собеседованием и вас хотели бы видеть в команде.
Вы можете наладить контакт с интервьюером, представить свои самые лучшие стороны и всё равно получить отказ. Это не значит, что вы где-то провалились. Это значит, что конкретно сейчас компания не готова предложить вам работу.
На ваше место могут взять кандидата с большим опытом, чем у вас. Либо, наоборот, ваши амбиции превышают возможности компании. Причины могут быть разные.
Обратитесь к карьерному консультанту. Он научит вас составлять грамотное резюме, которое рекрутёр оценит, объяснит, как вести себя на собеседовании и успешно «продать» свою экспертность. Вы не останетесь одни на пути поиска работы.
«Собеседование всегда должно быть успешным для вас. Не важно, получили вы работу или нет. Вы получили опыт»
Собеседование пугает, если на него не ходить. Не бойтесь отказа, не прячьтесь от рекрутёров из-за волнения — выходите из зоны комфорта. Вам подвластно всё, чего вы действительно захотите и к чему будете стремиться. Собеседование — лишь 30-минутный разговор, а ещё новые связи и, возможно, новое любимое место работы.
